Right now, all we have is taking the contractor at their word (46% complete) and Troop adding "ready by June 30" and "We're right on track to deliver"... and those who look at daily progress from the web cams and proclaim their opinions that this will/will not be done on time.

It may or may not get done on time. My guess is that it'll be a little late, but it's not really a big deal either way. It's hardly anything to get upset about either way.

Yeah, it could have been more.
Yeah, it could have been in a different location.
Yeah, it could actually end up being a great place to enjoy a game.

It will be better than Ivor Wynne... that's a given... it HAS to be.
But to people living in the Hamilton area whose opinions only matter (not opinions from those who are constantly cheerleading this from hundreds or thousands of miles away) it's a disappointment. I'm not going to re-hash the reasons why - if anyone wants to learn about it, they can go to the Hamilton sub-forum.
