Do you this mean about a traffic condition? The traffic can be very bad in downtown Atlanta. Too much rush hour traffic. That's why you stuck on the traffic. It was too many people who drove to work, shopping, airport and etc. They don’t have worry about traffic anymore. Cobb County is a right choice. It’s easy. You don’t have worry about bad traffic in near downtown Atlanta anymore.
