I noticed the progress on the La Porte project too when I walked past a few days ago. When I saw it, the progress wasn't earth shattering, but it was at least noticeable. The steel hadn't risen any higher above the ground than where it has been for the last several months, but there were several additional pieces of steel and concrete that have been added to the structure.
