I think that was the point of his post. You can't see the capitol dome from the roof of the Embassy Suites
garage, but since you can see the capitol dome from the roof of the Embassy Suites
hotel (which the casual photographer is not allowed to access), you might also be able to see it from the top floor of the Hyatt's garage, which anyone should be able to access.
