And lower support for the residential element is to be expected too, of course. I don't plan on living there so I can't be all that excited for something I'm not going to use.

However, you may remember a Sun (?) article about how excited the people who were buying the condos were when they finally got the opportunity. So it's not like that feature doesn't have its suporters either.
