All that will change with ACNE (which should be starting build-out in Sept btw), ZARA & Urban Outfitters (already U/C) & the new spot Face Off opening across from ACNE also the upcoming Ace Hotel will bring more various (read: interesting) types to DTLA. Mark my words: ACNE & ZARA alone will be the ultimate game changers for DTLA retail scene!! I cannot wait for more announcements shortly! Exciting times!
