Nice catch - I hadn't noticed that reference. Should provide for a "roomy" ride through the tunnel.
The RFP pdfs on the website would have been a "reference allignment" not necessarily what the successful proponent actually proposed.

Shape Properties owns both Brentwood Mall and Lougheed Mall - they plan to redevelopment Lougheed as well.
