I'm sure it will catch up to them fast enough, as Quebec still has about 8 million people (or more) which is a big market to pass up...it would be like going to the US and ignoring the entire South or Midwest...Montreal and even Quebec City (which, BTW, has the lowest unemployment by far of any large city in eastern Canada) could easily sustain those retailers.
