Yes... My take on what was presented:
Nothing official yet, of course, just pre-planning at this point. They said rezoning application with all details is supposed to be with city (and posted on city's website) in about a month.
The poster boards had four 15-storey buildings, a fifth building closest to Science World that would be 18 stories. This is 3 over the community plan limit so they'd need special approval for that apparently. And some park space between the buildings and the seawall & the existing Int'l Village buildings to the west.
Proposed time line of one year for rezoning (starting in one month when the rezoning application is submitted), then one year of more planning and pre-sales of some units and construction in 2015.
