On the PacMutual building, there was an article the other day saying that the owners are getting more restaurants for the building, both on the Olive St side and along 6th. The India Bank is relatively new, so I'm not sure if they're going yet. They are taking out the Verizon store, which was a later addition and restoring a courtyard with outdoor seating.
