It means you have integrated graphics. The Core i5/i7 is better than the old Core2Duo in this regard (with the latter it was pretty much impossible to play any 3D game made after 2005 on integrated) but you are still going to see sub-optimal performance. This seems to be a game that is both CPU and graphics-intensive, so it helps to have a powerful card onto which you can offload the graphics duties.
