Maybe I'm just upset because it's my favorite building for some odd reason, and my expectations are too high. I must work on lowering them. I agree with this as well. Even contemporary lighting like on The Roosevelt I would like to see on buildings in the Historic Core. I'd love to see not Vegas on Spring Street but a few buildings with interesting nighttime displays.
