If Soho Italia was reduced from 35 to 30, the Icon will come down to at least 35. My guess is it'll be 32-33.

I also agree with you guys about the podium, but with the size of the lot (which is not very large) I don't see there being much of a podium or anything pedestrian friendly. The building will have to butt-up against their property line in order to support such a tall building. They would need to acquire the next door church to be able to have room for any type of landscaped area or street/pedestrian friendly base.
