Man, I don't know, guys. I am really underwhelmed with all of those. I was expecting more urbanism and less park. I really can't see how any of those is any better than any other. They all seem pretty bad.

I think it's a forgone conclusion that Lake|Flato is going to win, though. The city council loves them, for some reason. But their creation of a water park-looking place shows that they really don't know Austin at all. A water park? What's next? A Farris Wheel? So hokey and mundane. No thanks.

I've resigned myself to the fact that I'm going to be disappointed. I guess I would lean toward the CMG one. Their vision for Palm Park is kinda nice.
