Not EIA related - just returned now from the Everett Boeing Tour. For those who have not been, it will blow your mind. I find it interesting how the 5 different models of planes are made, ie, the 747 model is almost car assembly type, from station to station, whereas the Dreamliner is set in place mode. Spent a few hrs just watching un-painted, green filamented planes abort take offs, take off and land quickies etc. They were also delivering a new Dreamliner to LAN airlines with speeches, red carpet type hoopla. Must have alson been 4 dozen planes ready for delivery parked further down the assembly hangar.
