There was a time when Granville Street was well known for it's lights and neon at night. Well before Las Vegas and Times Square. I agree, would be nice to bring some vibrancy back to the city core. Unfortunately I just always feel now that downtown when the clock strikes 10pm, everything starts to shut down and close up for the night.
Makes me feel like I'm in Detroit.
