Here's a little more info about what's going on with the mobile and sidewalk vendors...
People were wondering about what would happen with allowing vendors on the plaza...

The beginning of the article mentions a couple of vendors who are planning to set up beginning next month. The three in the article are all burger type places but even within that, I think there will be a bit of variety. The info about the sidewalk vendors is interesting.
I'm curious to see what's available!
