The project is affordable housing, by Pagnotta for hope mission. One level underground parking, one amenities and support, and about 60 one bedroom suites on 4 floors above. And a sixth floor community room. It's about the same unit density as neighboring buildings, but way bigger FAR. Way too much parking too, for affordable housing.

That was the project where they wanted to relaxation on parking requirements and made appropriate arguments, but the city stuck to its guns (AKA, outdated parking requirements), correct?
