are you talking about the same project that was suppose to be built over a decade ago? weren't sales suppose to start this summer? last time I passed by the only thing I saw was a vacant field (unless they're cleverly hiding all the heavy equipment)...watch them start digging next week just to prove me wrong (I wouldn't mind)
