On an unrelated note, is "
Metropolis Winter Festival" still going to happen? It sounds really cool and just what Edmonton needs in the winter. For such a winter city, Edmonton should be more like Quebec City or Harbin, instead of just wearing the "Festival City" outfit like a Halloween costume in the summer that it is currently doing.
