Looking at the other renderings I think Metropolis actually looks ok, at least the Francisco St facade does. The side facing the freeway isn't so hot, but I can live with that.

Has this person forgotten what SD and NYC were like 20-30 years ago? Does he really think the only reason people come to LA is to head to the beach and shop for overpriced clothes? Or that visitors wouldn't want to be at the center of the mass transit system?
