I take it then it is going to hook up with the First and Main supportive housing?
Yes, the First and Main supportive housing is being hooked up to the NEU.
However they are also going to be installing the connections for future projects on the Burger King site and the Intermechanica/Busters towing site, which is an active rezoning.

I'm pretty sure those are the new electrical circuits BC Transmission Corp is running from its major substation somewhere in Kits to the new one in Mount Pleasant.
They are also tunnelling a new line from David Lam Park to meet up with this new trunk circuit and will be extending the circuit over to the Main and Union substation.
