Yikes. That's the silliest thing I have ever heard. First off, I wasn't speaking to architecture so you turned my words into something they were not.

This building at least connects to the street and has the ability to engage pedestrians. In the long term the building has the ability to convert the main floor office into retail.

You build that long brick facade and it will be there for 50 years and I guarantee not one of those people pictured walking will be there.

I would hope that you would be objective enough to see that this blank wall will do nothing for Saskatoon. Don't be happy with mediocracy and start labelling blank facades as "part of the architecture."
