Yep, that would be a good bet. University will be interesting to see how its done, I'm suspecting they are going to end up extending off both ends as its pretty tight between the crossover to the south of the station and the substation to the north. SAIT will be more complex, as they will need to remove the existing enclosed area on the west side of the station and bring the platform pretty much to the edge of the level crossing.
