^^^ @ DJ - I know the new law for emergency vehicles (assuming your talking about the speed can be no more then 50 km/h when passing them, just like at a construction site.) If your talking about a newer law, then I don't know about it.
Also, I wouldn't say everyone here in the valley obeys laws and is courteous. You wouldn't believe some of the drivers I've seen around here. Some are just as bad as any you'd find in the city.
