Each county should have that right !!!!! Mississippi Gulf Coast casinos would not exist with out Mobile County. Water street should be the main corridor for such development with sidewalks and pedestrian bridges. I`m not a gambler but casinos bring quility entertainment. We see advertisements on I-10 Alabama all the time about concerts,comedy shows and etc.
