They are certainly not in any sort of hurry to get this going. How long ago was this approved by City Council?

I guess this tells us a lot. LRT will continue to progress at a snail's pace. Of course, once the city runs out of money, this is preparing us for the inevitable. Maybe we will have a $200 M white elephant station at Baseline for a couple of decades.
