Great, you just explained all the reasons why Halifax won't build a stadium. Let's all give up dreaming and admit that Halifax isn't going to build a stadium any time in the near future. Instead of finding ways to get it done, people will debate why it can't be done. Meanwhile, Moncton will get a stadium and I and millions of other CFL fans across Canada will wonder what the is wrong with Halifax whereby much smaller cities can make things happen but the Halifax municipality can't. However, many people already know the answer - Halifax is closed for business - there are too many naysayers. Maybe at times having a highly educated workforce is a negative, there are too many debaters and not enough doers.
