If we had a separate thread we could infom all councilors and send them a link. It may be a deterrent if they have to register to SSP as opposed to going to a webpage?
Can an excel style table be set up? Perhaps we could email all of them and ask for their response by a certain date? We can be clear that their response will be posted on the thread and if there is no response then it will show [no response].
