i sit 15 feet away from the project architect of the MTS centre for 8 hours every single day and i can tell you with absolute certainty that it was not designed to be expandable....that isnt to say that it could not be done with a huge expenditure of cash, but it seems unlikely to me.....the expandability was not built into the design, that is a fact.

it is a more likely scenario that this kind of luxury suite is added.....a study for this was done at one point.

the advantage of these types of suites is that they allow smaller companies who might not be able to afford the 50 main suites an opportunity to get into the building.

I have heard a rumour that is exactly what is going to be done at MTSC.. and soon. I just hope they make it look a little nicer than Boston's
