We get good storms every few years or so. This one coming through today and tomorrow will be the second 2 fter of this winter. It's been a wetter winter, I think last year may have been colder though. While a lot of people treat DC like it's the south basically, snowstorms happen frequently enough that it shouldn't be a surprise. It's not upstate NY or anything but we get the same storms that Philly and NYC get for the most part, some track a bit north of us, sometimes the difference of a couple degrees means rain instead of snow. Usually if it's been mild for us, it's been mild for a good deal of the east coast.

There's another smaller system coming through early next week, so that'll be interesting.

I'm looking to get an apt. in the Dupont area, which is funny because I live in Cirrus' old neighborhood now. There's already a facebook group for the big snowball fight that's supposed to take place tomorrow in Dupont Circle.
