I thought the units were pretty nice for a building built in the 1960's. Then again, this is coming from someone who lives in a crappy complex off S. Lamar.

The unit I was in was on the NW corner of the 15th floor. You can see it in the photo below. It's the two lighted windows just above that parking garage in the foreground.




Balconies were small but there were six of them in this unit. Two in the living/dining area faced west, the other two faced north. There were also north facing balconies in the study (a concerted second bedroom) and the master bedroom. There was one bathroom - pretty good sized - and a smallish U-shaped kitchen.

Those lit windows on the top floor were where the pool was. It had good views to the west and south, but no north views at all. The views to the east were obstructed by these (dirty) glass louvers.
