Whatever this mystery company is with their new building, I would be opposed to anything that they propose which would necessitate demolishing any of the buildings shown above. There are dozens and dozens of other sites in the city center which would require no significant demolition. Whoever it is that is proposing a new tower should not consider doing so on the SE Corner of 1st and Main:
