The thing about the Stanardlife podium is it means that the sidewalks are huge. Which means plenty of space for patios.
So I think the podium is fine, but the cafe on the NW needs to have direct access to the street, rather than through the foodcourt, and with that they could set up some tables and chairs.
And if the Staffing agency in the NE corner would go away, that would make a killer place for a restaurant with a partial mezzanine or just gigantic ceilings, and right at Jasper and 104st.
