I'm not sure what's going on here. The floor currently under sonstruction has no concrete shell. Is this normal for a high rise?
I've heard some muttering on the street that Meridian is on over their heads on this project. They are the general contractor and have never done anything over three floors. Whether or not this is the case, the current pattern of construction seems odd.
