I think a great issue to address right now would be the densification of downtown. It is the most recent issue we have been talking about in the forum as well it is something that is definatley being addressed by council. After that I think we should address what we feel would be positive "must haves" for the downtown to secure a vibrant core. This would be great to address right now b/c of the articles ran in the SP last week.
