New Plan (
Phase 1)
$2.5 bil LRT (40 KM) + $500 mil BRT (35 KM) = 3 billion (75 KM)
btw, the reason the BRT in the new plan is so much more expensive per KM is because of the Hurdman interchange ($40 mil) and Baseline to Norice ($185 mil for 1.5 KM)
