^I agree. The Wick is not really my idea of an old building that is worthy of preservation. What I would like to see is a wholesale rehabilitation of the wonderful late 1800's-early 1900's buildings along Dundas (downtown) and the south end of Richmond. The area has great potential. This would mean clearing out the hemp shops and tattoo parlours (good riddance).
