^ Wacker may be Chicago's new premier office corridor but it doesn't hold a candle on the presence LaSalle has. I think what it needs is a corridor-terminating building.
This may be absurd, but would it be feasible for a developer to build a highrise at the southern end of Wacker that bridges over the street (similar to how the Chicago Stock Exchange does over Congress)? What a sight that would be
