High rise in Sutherland? Market Mall? i think you people need to get your priorities straight. Our downtown as it is isn' that great, so we should really just focus our attention on it. because really, we don't need a bunch of shiny glass towers all over the city, thats dumb. keep the downtown core high density, and wait a while! although, an interesting question i have is, if we tore down all of those suburban neighborhoods, over time, and rebuilt them with town houses, small apartment blocks and a few 5-10 story apartments here and there, what population would you estimate we could shove into the physical size of the city?
