Hey guys/gals, it has been a while.
Ok. So I have been out of the country on my honeymoon in Italy. As i walk around the amazing countryside and view world class cities such as Rome, Florence, and Venice...I get a little sad because I think that Philadelphia has a ways to go still....then I come home to this.
My god. Will this really get built? I've been dying for news on BVT and that seems to be stalled, if not dead. But this. This could be the building that puts Philly back on the worldwide map as "the next great
global city".
All I can say is, after reading the amazing 20 pages of posts, that I feel like crying.
As for tenants....I wouldn't be surprised if Comcast has a hand in this as well . I THINK they are consolidating offices around the country and bringing them to Philly and they always appear willing to buy (i.e. Disney). Perhaps, their involvement would kill their proposed 2nd tower, but I can live with that
Either way.....let's all pray to whatever God you know that this happens.
