Really? Wow, that was quick. I was there last on Sunday, and I had noticed they ripped down the paper covering the windows and added a "For Lease" sign. If they leased the bldg THAT quickly all b/c they ripped down the window-blocking paper, then that's amazing! haha
I REALLY wanted a bar/resto patio there... stupid NIMBYs!
