Consider this paragraph I found from www.wikipedia.com when I searched "Downtown Los Angeles":

He was not being pessimistic in any way, as he presented positive statistics regarding downtown (which you have just reiterated) in the same post you were trying to call him on. I'm sorry if you cannot comprehend that.
