In the original south downtown concept plan, this parcel was slated for the possibility of up to 20 stories max office or residential. I wonder if council would allow a higher building there if for example Princeton wished to develop an office tower for Cameco?

I can't wait to see what changes will be made to lake placid's proposal now that they have the legion land. Hopefully with the new space they can attempt to make the public square more accessible.
