seems like there is something starting on sherbrook almost at portage, behind the casa loma building.....the empty site is fenced off, including the curb lane of the road and there is an atco trailer on the site now.

If I am not mistaken it is some sort of special housing (IE for people with disabilities or something), a few stories tall. Read about it a while back.
