The SP is reporting that Phase III of Preston Crossing has been approved, with two new tenants to come in 2008. One is a major home reno centre (which the developer won't name at this time), the other is a Chili's. As exciting as more big box is to discuss, my guess on the reno store is Loews.
Also, the Stonegate big box tarmac has an Adidas Outlet, which is a first for the city.
