That is the first pic I've ever seen of the site with the construction walls around it full formed. The view of a small portion of the wall in the photo of the Robinson bldg shows one of the taller panels that I guess is where a sign for the LA Central proj will be attached. Since workers have yet to remove even the parking lot lights, or other things, actual groundbreaking must be further delayed.
Based on someone's comment here several wks ago, I thought the proj would be under construction by at least late Oct. The clock is ticking.
