I think it looks good from both sides, esp if the concrete has been painted directly instead of it being given a coat of stucco with the paint then rolled on after that. However, I hope the underside of the balconies on the north side will be painted &, most likely, the small portion of the east facing 2nd & 3rd floors sitting above the podium.
