Great to hear the Delano is filling up nicely! I read they were 60% full several wks ago, then had reached 75% more recently. To be now at 80% ain't too shabby. I like the way that bldg along with the neighboring Library lofts, & the various new restaurants on the ground floor, are taking away the ghost town aspect of that part of 6th St.

And if you visit places like the title guarantee or delano lofts in the future, pls don't hesitate to post about it here ASAP, esp when you have news like "80 out of 100". And I guess I confused news of the opening of the TG's leasing office with actual move ins of tenants.

That's sad to hear. Any new condo or apt proj in the hood that starts getting a bad reputation doesn't help the hood overall. Like to think you're unhappy with Mozaic mainly cuz it's too burban like, or too far from all the action in areas like the OBD farther south.
