to be honest, yea!
But since the devlpr of the parkfifth has been described as working on his proj for over 30 yrs without success----& based on someone saying here several wks ago that a sales rep for the South Group mentioned their 4th condo tower, originally known as Jardin, is having problems getting financing----at least somewhat more plausible.
